At Ravi Blue, we want you to love your jewelry. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be:
- Unworn and in original condition
- Returned in original packaging
- Free of damage or alterations
Please note:
- Custom or personalized pieces are final sale!
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
- Customers are responsible for return shipping
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
